We are seeking a motivated Sales Supervisor to join our team at Sealy Mattress Middle East. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales and achieving targets. You will be responsible for supervising a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure maximum performance. With your strong interpersonal and leadership skills, you will motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
- Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our exclusive product line and increase market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the hospitality industry, including hotels, resorts, and other accommodation providers
- Monitor sales activity, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, sales presentations, and other marketing collateral
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date on market trends
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market dynamics to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- At least 3 years proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of the Middle East market and key players in the hospitality industry
- Ability to travel regularly within the MENA region
- Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
- At least 25 years of age
