USA in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure the company's financial stability
- Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve financial discrepancies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, including the preparation of journal entries and supporting schedules
- Maintain and update the company's financial records and databases
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian tax regulations and laws is preferred.
