Role Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns and communication. This role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical proficiency to achieve business goals and enhance our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:
- Create comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives.
- Utilize various channels such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and more.
- SEO and SEM Management:
- Conduct keyword research and analysis for optimal website visibility.
- Plan and execute effective paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics; adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Develop and curate engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms.
- Ensure content is SEO-optimized and resonates with target audiences.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Create and curate compelling content, and engage with the community.
- Email Marketing:
- Design, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns.
- Segment and target email lists for personalized messaging.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, ROI).
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
- Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or similar Diploma) in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in digital marketing, ideally with a focus on SEO, SEM, content creation, and social media management.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, social media management tools).
- Ideally knowledge on mark-up languages (HTML, CSS, )
- Ability to generate original graphic creations (with Photoshop, Canva or others)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
