Logistics Coordinator

Eram Talent is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join a leading Oil amp; Energy company in the industry. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and organizing the distribution of goods, ensuring that they are delivered efficiently and on time. • Coordinate and track shipments of products, ensuring that they are delivered on-time and to the right location.
• Plan and organize transportation logistics, including arranging for shipments and coordinating travel schedules.
• Monitor inventory and ensure the accuracy of data systems for record keeping purposes.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise during the logistics process.
• Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure that the best products and services are provided.
• Ensure that all necessary documentation, including invoices and bills of lading, are properly executed.
• Oversee the handling of hazardous materials in a safe and compliant manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• In-depth knowledge of transportation logistics and supply chain planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Proficient in the use of logistics and inventory management software.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
