Job Description

JASARA Program Management Company is seeking a talented and driven Assistant Recovery Manager to join THE LINE team. THE LINE is a revolutionary infrastructure project designed to introduce a new way of living and working, where communities can thrive in harmony with nature.

This role focuses on monitoring, evaluating, and improving the maintenance and recovery processes to enhance operational efficiency and minimize downtime. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and a deep understanding of quality assurance and control principles.


Responsibilities
  • Support the Recovery and Maintenance Manager in developing and implementing quality assurance and quality control processes for vehicle maintenance and recovery operations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of maintenance and recovery procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Identify and report any issues, defects, or non-compliance with quality standards to the QA/QC team.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and recovery teams to develop and implement corrective actions for identified issues.
  • Monitor and maintain records and documentation related to maintenance and recovery operations, including equipment inspections, repairs, and maintenance history.
  • Assist the Recovery and maintenance Manager in analyzing data and generating reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in quality audits and assist in the development of corrective and preventive action plans.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in vehicle maintenance and recovery and suggest process enhancements accordingly.
  • Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proven experience working in a QA/QC role, preferably in the automotive or transportation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and recovery procedures, repair techniques, and industry regulations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate issues and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in using quality control tools and software to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Adaptability and willingness to embrace changes and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
