We are currently seeking a Mechanical Trainer to join our team in the Oil amp; Energy industry.
As a Mechanical Trainer, you will provide training for mechanical maintenance and operations in oil and gas facilities. The successful candidate should have an in-depth understanding of mechanical systems and be able to communicate effectively with trainees of all levels.
Responsibilities
- Providing technical training for mechanical maintenance and operations in oil and gas facilities
- Creating and delivering training courses and materials for mechanical systems, equipment, and procedures
- Conducting and participating in theoretical and practical training sessions, including assessments and evaluations
- Coordinating with subject matter experts to develop and update training programs
- Conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Analyzing training needs and evaluating training effectiveness
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in mechanical systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance and operations in the oil and gas industry
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with trainees of all levels
- Deep knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and procedures
- Experience in developing and delivering training materials and courses
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel and work in different locations as required.
