Mrsool, a leading on-demand delivery app, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing team. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and identifying top talent to join our company and help us achieve our goals. You will oversee the entire recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to interviewing and hiring. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their needs and help them find the best fit for their teams. Additionally, you will develop and implement recruiting strategies, manage applicant tracking systems, and build relationships with candidates and the community. The ideal candidate is results-driven, possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is passionate about finding the best talent.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews
- Build relationships with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs
- Partner with HR and management to develop and implement talent acquisition policies and procedures
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information and track progress
- Create and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process and build a high-performing team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a start-up or tech environment
- Experience developing and implementing recruiting strategies and processes
- Experience managing applicant tracking systems and using data to make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Passion for finding and attracting top talent and building high-performing teams.
