AL AMAL BUSINESS SOLUTIONS is seeking a talented and experienced Assistant Laundry Manager for a luxury hotel in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must be European and have a background in hospitality or related industry. In this position, you will report directly to the Laundry Manager and be responsible for leading the Laundry department to ensure that all linen is cleaned and prepared to meet the hotel's high standards. Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Laundry Department
- Ensure that all linen is cleaned and prepared to meet the highest standards
- Train and develop staff, ensuring that they are following established procedures and policies
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the Laundry Department
- Continuously monitor and improve the quality of Laundry services
Requirements
- Must be European national ONLY.
- Female
- Highly presentable and well groomed
- Below 40 years old
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel in GCC
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- A thorough understanding of laundry operations and procedures
- Good knowledge of laundry chemicals, proper storage, and handling techniques
- Ability to maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
