The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for all aspects of people operations. As our People Operations Senior Specialist, you will manage employee relations, provide guidance and support to management and team members, and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Responsibilities

- Develop and implement employee retention programs.

- Manage and maintain HR databases and employee records.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in people operations or related HR field.
- Thorough knowledge of industry laws and regulations.
