Requirements
- Analyze and evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring they are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Design and document comprehensive business process models using BPMN, clearly defining process flows, activities, decision points, and system interactions.
- Utilize your extensive knowledge of TOGAF to develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, ensuring alignment with business strategies and objectives.
- Assess and recommend technology solutions for business process improvement and system integration efforts, including NetSuite and other relevant systems.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional teams to implement system integration projects, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient process automation.
- Conduct thorough system analysis, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure system stability.
- Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to define system requirements, develop functional specifications, and oversee the system development life cycle.
- Provide expert guidance and support to junior business system analysts, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business process management, enterprise architecture, NetSuite, and system integration.
- Conduct training workshops to deliver engaging and interactive training experiences. Utilize various training methods to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure effective learning outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Management Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Five years of experience as a Business System Analyst, focusing on business process analysis, system integration, and enterprise architecture.
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience with BPMN, TOGAF, and Oracle NetSuite.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing system integration projects, preferably in a complex organizational environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into detailed system specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certifications such as Certified CBAP are a plus.
