Job Description

Install, configure, support and maintain End-User IT equipment and service.Provide End-to-End IT technical support. Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks. Diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems.
Key responsibilities:
End User Support:
  • Able to work in multiple shifts
  • Talking to staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
  • Diagnosing hardware and software problems On-call/On-Site when needed.
  • Training staff
Routine Maintenance
  • Installing/configuring new IT Equipment's.
  • Repairing/upgrading IT Equipment's.
  • Troubleshooting IT Equipment/Services
  • Maintaining inventory of IT assets.
  • Undertake the day-to-day operation of backup systems.
  • Replacing/Upgrading parts as required
Infrastructure Support:
  • Active/Passive Cabling
  • Routing IT/Data-center Hardware installations and maintenance
  • Researching, learning and evaluating new software
  • Documenting systems.
