Install, configure, support and maintain End-User IT equipment and service.Provide End-to-End IT technical support. Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks. Diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems.
Key responsibilities:
End User Support:
- Able to work in multiple shifts
- Talking to staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
- Diagnosing hardware and software problems On-call/On-Site when needed.
- Training staff
Routine Maintenance
- Installing/configuring new IT Equipment's.
- Repairing/upgrading IT Equipment's.
- Troubleshooting IT Equipment/Services
- Maintaining inventory of IT assets.
- Undertake the day-to-day operation of backup systems.
- Replacing/Upgrading parts as required
Infrastructure Support:
- Active/Passive Cabling
- Routing IT/Data-center Hardware installations and maintenance
- Researching, learning and evaluating new software
- Documenting systems.
