Smartplus is the strategic national distributor for Hikvision, a leading provider of innovative security and smart home solutions. We're currently looking to expand our reach into domestic retail, with a product line including dashcams, consumer cameras, and smart home gadgets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategy:
- Create and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy targeting offline sales outlets.
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with customer needs.
- Manage Sales Representatives:
- Hire, train, and manage a team of sales representatives across different areas.
- Set clear targets and monitor progress to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Provide regular feedback and support to enhance the team's performance.
- Sales Target Management:
- Establish and track sales targets for multiple product categories.
- Implement sales promotions and incentives to boost performance.
- Regularly report progress to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
- Build and Maintain Relationships:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and retailers.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Work closely with customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
- Maintain a deep understanding of product features and benefits to assure quality representation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in channel sales, preferably in the surveillance or technology industry.
- Proven ability to manage a geographically diverse sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel as required.
