About Smartplus:

Smartplus is the strategic national distributor for Hikvision, a leading provider of innovative security and smart home solutions. We're currently looking to expand our reach into domestic retail, with a product line including dashcams, consumer cameras, and smart home gadgets.



Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategy:
    • Create and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy targeting offline sales outlets.
    • Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with customer needs.
  2. Manage Sales Representatives:
    • Hire, train, and manage a team of sales representatives across different areas.
    • Set clear targets and monitor progress to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
    • Provide regular feedback and support to enhance the team's performance.
  3. Sales Target Management:
    • Establish and track sales targets for multiple product categories.
    • Implement sales promotions and incentives to boost performance.
    • Regularly report progress to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
  4. Build and Maintain Relationships:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and retailers.
    • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Work closely with customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  5. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of product features and benefits to assure quality representation.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in channel sales, preferably in the surveillance or technology industry.
  • Proven ability to manage a geographically diverse sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel as required.
