Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting and sourcing strategies to identify top technical talent.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to understand their hiring needs and help develop job descriptions, interview processes, and evaluation criteria.
- Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to offer and onboarding, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
- Build and maintain a network of talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Provide guidance and coaching to hiring teams on recruitment best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in identifying and hiring top talent.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring teams, candidates, and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and understand business goals and objectives.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
