About The Role

Foodics is growing, and are seeking to hire a sales manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team in KSA for our product Foodics One: https://www.foodics.com/one/

You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitating the ongoing training of your salespeople.

Main Task amp; Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with higher management to establish and execute sales targets for the assigned region in KSA.
  • Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed the target.
  • Forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales.
  • Assisting sales personnel in their techniques.
  • Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.
  • Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars, and regular meetings.
  • Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements.
  • Reporting results to the management on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Conducting Interviews and expanding the sales team.
  • Working closely with the Head of Sales and Sales Team to land large accounts.
  • Analyzing opportunities for growth in market segments to drive profitability.

Requirements

  • Proven 4-6 yrs direct sales experience handling payment solutions from Information Technology / FMCG / Software and/or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products company
  • Track record of consistently achieving quota in past positions
  • Experience managing a team of at least 2 people or more
  • Experience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems;
  • Outstanding negotiation/sales skills with proven closing ability;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Should be familiar with the different cities of the area he/she is assigned to
  • Must have strong and excellent English amp; Arabic communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Must be flexible to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
