JASARA PMC, a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for Civils, Buildings amp; Architecture to elevate the delivery of Social Infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia. As a member of the JASARA team, you will work on complex and exciting projects that make a visible impact on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and control of Civils, Buildings amp; Architecture projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the Civils, Buildings amp; Architecture programs, providing direction, and managing budget and schedule.
- Ensure that projects adhere to company and industry standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with the Program and Project Managers, the management team, and customers to achieve project goals.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with project teams to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication, coordination, and information flow among project team members.
- Support the development of proposals, scopes, budgets, schedules, and staffing plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in project management with a focus on Civils, Buildings amp; Architecture.
- Experience in managing complex projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region.
- Understanding of construction industry standards and best practices.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
