We are looking for DCS Engineer who will preform a variety of engineering work and responsible for managing all DCS/PLC aspects, planning and overseeing all the control systems in the plant to implement process management and control solutions to maintain/improve the optimum efficiency of the plant.
Responsibilities / Duties
- Ensure reliability of all the control systems available in the plant.
- Maintaining the DCS control system equipment ( Yokogawa system)
- Developments of process models to evaluate and development of control schemes will be required.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with all the team members for the efficient improvements.
- Identify, analyze and offer solutions to the system needs of the plant.
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements and standards procedures.
- Maintaining the minimum inventory for the accessories related to the DCS and control panels ( Yokogawa system).
- Working with purchasing, prepare requests for proposals and vendor specifications and evaluate bids.
- To work with various members of Maintenance, Process and HSE.
- Maintaining and to work on improving KPI for the department.

- Familiar in the communication protocols to establish the third-party PLC’s, controller devices data in the DCS.

- Strong Verbal and written skills required in English language.
- ·A minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in DCS operation and maintenance, Engineering, and Reliability in an automation project in Sugar, Power or any heavy industries.
- Hands-on experience in operation and maintenance of all Instruments like Pneumatic Control valves, Smart transmitters, Control panels is preferred.
- Experience in Process plant operations and projects is preferred.
