Overall Objectives
Responsible for assisting in the design and implementation of HR policies and supervision of the HR team and all HR-related activities.
Primary responsibilities:
- Assistant to HR and Administration manager.
- Arrange VISA, hotels and logistics for guests, tickets for staffs and etc.
- Assistant to Accounting manager.
- Organizes documents ad etc.
- Support business development for the Corporation.
- ALL other necessary duties as assigned by GM and managers.
Requirements
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent Verbal Communication Skill in Hindi
- Experience in office work.
Preferred Education Background
Bachelor/Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource.
Preferred Work Experience
Minimum 4 - 8 years of progressive experience in any engineering/ manufacturing unit.
