Job Description
JASARA PMC is seeking an IT Business Relationship Management (BRM) Specialist to join their team. The selected candidate will be working on THE LINE program, a project that redefines urban living and is part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. As an IT BRM Specialist, you will act as the primary point of contact between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring that IT services align with the business objectives and deliver value to the program.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their objectives and needs.
- Collaborate with IT teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for IT service improvement.
- Develop and maintain an IT service catalog that aligns with business needs.
- Drive the development of IT roadmaps and tactical plans to support business objectives.
- Lead the intake process for new IT service requests and ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Be the liaison between business users and IT teams to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.
- Facilitate regular meetings with business stakeholders to review IT services and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in IT BRM or related roles.
- Experience working in civil engineering or construction industries is a plus.
- Strong understanding of IT service delivery frameworks such as ITIL.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and facilitate meetings with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
