As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting and sourcing potential candidates, screening candidates for job openings, and managing the hiring process from beginning to end. Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and extending job offers
- Use creative sourcing methods to attract potential candidates and build a strong pipeline
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates, assessing their skills and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop role-specific job descriptions and interview questions
- Attend career fairs, events, and conferences to network and promote Salla as an employer of choice
- Analyze recruiting metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve our hiring process and candidate experience
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or related field
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
- Experience recruiting within the technology industry or similar industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to hiring and employment
