Producer

PRM, a leading media production company, is looking for an experienced and talented Producer for film. As a Producer, you will be responsible for managing the production of multiple film projects from inception to completion. You will be working closely with directors, writers, and other production staff to ensure quality control, budget adherence and timely delivery of projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in film production and a passion for creating compelling content.

• Oversee and manage the production process for multiple film projects.
• Collaborate with writers, directors, and other production staff to develop and create film concepts.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Hire and manage production staff, including directors, camera operators, and sound technicians.
• Coordinate pre-production, production, and post-production activities, including location scouting, casting, and editing.
• Ensure that all projects adhere to quality control standards and meet deadlines.
• Work closely with marketing and distribution teams to ensure that completed films are marketed effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production (or related field).
• 5+ years of experience in film production.
• Proven track record of successful film productions.
• In-depth knowledge of all aspects of film production, including writing, directing, cinematography, and editing.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for creating compelling content and the ability to inspire others to do the same.
