Picture Editor

PRM, a leading media production company, is seeking a skilled Picture Editor to join our creative team. As a Picture Editor, you will be responsible for managing and editing all visual content for our various projects, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and accuracy. You will work closely with producers, directors, and other team members to ensure that our media content is engaging, informative, and visually stunning.

• Edit and manipulate digital images and video footage
• Create and design graphics and other visual elements for media productions
• Ensure that the visual content meets our high standards of quality and accuracy
• Collaborate with producers, directors and other team members to develop content ideas and execute creative projects
• Manage the production process for video and photo shoots, including selection and direction of talent, location scouting and coordination of equipment
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Stay up-to-date with current design trends and software tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Fine Arts or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in picture editing for media production
• Proficiency with industry-standard software tools, such as Avid Media Composer, Adobe Creative Suite, and Final Cut Pro
• Experience with compositing, color correction and sound editing techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate with team members effectively
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and creativity.
