Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct audits of quality management systems to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as industry standards.
- Assist in maintaining the quality management system in alignment with ISO 9001:2015.
- Prepare and issue audit reports containing findings, conclusions, and recommended corrective actions.
- Work collaboratively with project teams to identify areas of process improvement and develop effective solutions.
- Coordinate and track the implementation of corrective actions, ensuring timely resolution.
- Support the development and implementation of training programs related to quality management systems.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the construction industry.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems in alignment with ISO 9001:2015.
- Competency in conducting audits and developing audit reports.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
