QA/QC Engineer Completion

JASARA Program Management Company, a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, is seeking a QA/QC Engineer Completion to join their team in Saudi Arabia. As a QA/QC Engineer Completion, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities comply with client and company specifications, ensuring the highest quality is achieved for social infrastructure programs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. • Developing and implementing QA/QC programs and overseeing and monitoring the quality of construction activities
• Developing and maintaining quality documentation, including quality plans, inspection and test plans, and quality manuals
• Supervising and coordinating all QA/QC activities on site, including the activities of subcontractors
• Conducting and coordinating site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project requirements
• Ensuring inspections and non-conformance reports are documented and reported in a timely manner
• Undertaking root cause analysis and developing corrective and preventive actions
• Conducting quality training and toolbox talks to team members and subcontractors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in QA/QC in the civil engineering industry
• Certified lead auditor in ISO 9001 or relevant qualification
• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco and international quality standards
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluent spoken and written English, with Arabic language skills desirable
