Job Description
JASARA PMC is currently seeking a qualified IT Specialist (Saudi national) for THE LINE project, the revolutionary new city project that will be home to a million residents on the west coast of Saudi Arabia. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in the IT asset and license management, development and implementation of enterprise-wide technology solutions that align with the objectives of THE LINE project.

- Establish and maintain an inventory of all IT assets within the organization, including hardware, software, licenses, and other related components. This involves recording asset details such as asset type, specifications, location, ownership, and lifecycle information.
- Implement processes and tools to track the movement, changes, and updates of IT assets. This involves maintaining accurate records and documentation of asset information, including asset assignments, transfers, configurations, and changes.
- Generate reports, metrics, and analytics related to IT assets, including asset utilization, lifecycle costs, compliance status, and other key performance indicators. These insights help in making informed decisions regarding asset management strategies.
- Ensure data security and privacy measures are in place and regularly maintained.
- Track and analyze technology performance metrics.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology needs.
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1- 3 years of experience working in an IT role.
- Experience with network infrastructure and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and organization skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with data backup and recovery procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preference will be given to a Saudi national
