Assistant Project and Site Implementation Manager - THE LINE

JASARA Program Management Company is seeking an Assistant Project and Site Implementation Manager for their program, THE LINE. This ambitious project aims to build a 170km, zero-carbon, urban development with state-of-the-art infrastructure and advanced technologies. The successful candidate will work with a team of professionals to execute the project and make a positive impact on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s infrastructure while supporting Vision 2030.

• Assist the Project and Site Implementation Manager in developing, managing, and delivering THE LINE program.
• Manage and monitor project schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Ensure that the project is executed within the set scope, time, and quality parameters.
• Interface with other program team members and deliver effective communication through regular status meetings, reports, and presentations.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure the highest health, safety, environment, and quality standards are met.
• Assist the Project and Site Implementation Manager in engaging with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, contractors, and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in managing civil engineering projects.
• Experience in program management and delivery of large-scale projects.
• Proven technical expertise in urban development and infrastructure.
• Knowledge of international standards and regulations in civil engineering.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
