JASARA Program Management Company is seeking an Assistant Project and Site Implementation Manager for their program, THE LINE. This ambitious project aims to build a 170km, zero-carbon, urban development with state-of-the-art infrastructure and advanced technologies. The successful candidate will work with a team of professionals to execute the project and make a positive impact on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s infrastructure while supporting Vision 2030.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project and Site Implementation Manager in developing, managing, and delivering THE LINE program.
- Manage and monitor project schedules, resources, and budgets.
- Ensure that the project is executed within the set scope, time, and quality parameters.
- Interface with other program team members and deliver effective communication through regular status meetings, reports, and presentations.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure the highest health, safety, environment, and quality standards are met.
- Assist the Project and Site Implementation Manager in engaging with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, contractors, and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in managing civil engineering projects.
- Experience in program management and delivery of large-scale projects.
- Proven technical expertise in urban development and infrastructure.
- Knowledge of international standards and regulations in civil engineering.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
