Agile Coach

Salla, a leading information technology and services company, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Agile Coach to join our team. As the Agile Coach at Salla, you will be responsible for leading and coaching Agile teams and helping them achieve their goals. You will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of agile methodologies, improving team productivity and effectiveness, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

As an Agile Coach, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and guide teams in adopting and improving Agile practices. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring team members, helping them grow their skills, and continuously improving the team's performance. You will also be responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities and helping teams to implement improvements.

• Co-create the team's working agreement and ensure adherence to it.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor team members on agile methodologies and practices.
• Help teams continuously improve their processes and practices.
• Identify impediments to the team's progress and work to remove them.
• Collaborate with other Agile Coaches and teams to drive Agile adoption and shared learning.
• Develop and present agile training material for team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience coaching and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with scaling frameworks like SAFe and LeSS.
