Talent Capability Manager

The Talent amp; Capability Manager will lead the strategy and management of talent management, performance management, and capability, playing a key role in delivering short- and medium-term organizational objectives. The role is core organization development function and is a connecting role as well as a business partnering role.

Responsible for developing and evolving a fit-for-purpose performance management process

• Leads the delivery of the performance management process across the organizations, steering the entire organization’s performance management calendar setting, communication, and follow-through, with the aim of driving a performance culture across the organization
• Leads the simplification, digitization, and system development that is used as the vehicle to run the performance management process
• Collaborates closely with the Total Reward Senior Manager and the Finance function in driving the annual performance management cycle and is jointly responsible for delivering the annual performance cycle within budget
• Leads the talent management process including succession planning and capability planning for senior managerial roles
• Develops and owns the company’s capability building and learning strategy
• Manages capability building and learning agenda planning and execution and budget control
• Coordinates the Training and Development Taskforce

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree as a minimum (BA or BS)
• Previous experience in a HR Business Partnering, Organization Development, Talent or Performance specialised role in Riyadh or Jeddah
• The role is based on potential and learning agility, but relevant high-quality experience in OD and/or business partnering in an MNC context would be ideal
• 4 years minimum experience in a similar role
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills in English
