Job Description

Namthaja, a 3D printing manufacturing solutions provider, is seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team. The Sales Administrator will play a critical role in supporting our sales team to help grow our business. The ideal candidate will have a background in mechanical or industrial engineering, as well as experience in administration.

As Namthaja's Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency, while also supporting the sales team with the coordination and facilitation of new and existing customer accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales department
  • Create invoices for delivered products and services
  • Follow up with clients for payment collection
  • Handle vendor registration activities
  • Manage incoming inquires thru all channels including client portals, email, phone, and others
  • Qualify incoming inquiries and redirect them to the responsible team member
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create professional proposals and presentations
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify patterns and improve strategies
  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure high-quality service and satisfaction
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of projects
  • Conduct research and prepare reports as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related majors
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Knowledge of CRM / Sales software
  • Ability to read and interpret clients technical enquiries
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
