Job Description
JASARA PMC, a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Digital Transformation Director for THE LINE project at NEOM. In this role, the successful candidate will provide leadership and guidance in driving the overall digital transformation strategy and roadmap for project, THE LINE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing effective digital transformation strategies in large, complex projects.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy for THE LINE project.
- Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and business leaders to prioritize and execute the digital transformation plan.
- Lead the deployment of new digital tools, systems, and applications to improve project efficiency and user experience.
- Manage and oversee data strategy, including the integration, storage, and management of project data.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams in implementing digital solutions and managing project complexity.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure the seamless integration of digital tools and systems within the project environment.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and buy-in for the digital transformation strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 20 years of experience in digital transformation with a proven track record of success in complex projects.
- Strong understanding of digital trends, tools, and platforms relevant to civil engineering projects.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement large-scale digital transformation strategies with a focus on driving business value.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in the construction/engineering industry is a plus.
