A well known and reputed global brand based out of Jeddah, currently in growth mode across the Kingdom, are now seeking a Head of HR Operations to join their evolving HR function. This role will report directly to the CHRO and lead and manage a large team of HR, Government Relations and Payroll staff.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee HR operations policies, procedures, and initiatives
- Develop and oversee Government Relations and payroll, developing and fostering strong relationships with Government and Ministries in KSA
- Partner with business leaders and senior management to ensure HR strategies are aligned with business goals in terms of payroll, administration, hr services and operations
- Partner with other HR COE's across the business including Talent Acquisition, Reward, Organisational Development
- Develop and implement employee retention and engagement initiatives
- Oversee and manage employee benefits and compensation programs partnering with other COE's
- Manage workforce planning, including headcount and budget forecasting
- Maintain knowledge of HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance the effectiveness of HR operation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 10+ years of HR experience, with a focus on HR operations, government relations and services
- Strong networks in Jeddah would be preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Previous experience management a large team of 15+ HR professionals in KSA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated experience in applying them to HR situations
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive projects to completion
