Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Human Resources (HR) Specialist to join our team. This role requires an individual who is well-versed in the Saudi Labour Law, government HR platforms and programs (Qiwa, Taqat, Muqeem,etc..) and other relevant regulations. The successful candidate will bring a strategic approach to HR, with an emphasis on creating an efficient, productive, and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure our company's HR strategies and procedures are in compliance with Saudi Labour Law and other government regulations.
  2. Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
  3. Manage HR systems, employee data, and reporting.
  4. Handle labor relations issues and assist in resolving employee grievances.
  5. Keep updated with changes in labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company stays compliant.
  6. Provide guidance and advice to management on HR-related matters.
  7. Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties .
  8. Providing administrative and administrative support to Human Resources executives .
  9. Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies) .
  10. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews .
  11. Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
  12. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

    Requirements


    • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
    • In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and familiarity with other government HR platforms and programs.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Fluent in Arabic and English.
