- Own and manage sales operations, processes and workflows.
- Support to Sales Managers (by generating data/reports, etc) to perform their duties
- Make sure Operations team generate the proper reports/dashboards to management and Sales team for proper decision making
- Maintain and enhance Sales system so that data is optimised for the current structure and future requirements.
- Supports in spotting areas of improvements and development to generate additional revenues or decrease existing costs
- Handle the sales pipeline by monitoring deal-flow across stages and conduct performance reporting.
- Generate when required or improve existing detailed process maps for sales and business workflows
- Manages the operations team on a daily basis, making sure efficient response is given to customers requirements and ensuring continuity of operations
- Daily coordination with rest of entities within the company to ensure continuity of business (Supply Chain, Finance, etc)
- Train new hires
