About The Role
Hi all! We are hiring for an exciting role for Foodics-Pay - our Fintech product. We seek a professional Operation Manager to design, develop and oversee methods and procedures to manage the desired department and ensure the smooth running of daily business operations, aggregator onboarding, and all other POS operations.
The ideal candidate must be Tech-Savvy and customer-focused, experienced in tracking, reporting business results, and monitoring KPIs, across all countries where the product is being sold: KSA, UAE, Egypt, and any new markets.
Be ready to lead and mentor your team and apply and develop processes and procedures to increase and enhance the quality of customer service.
