About The Role: At Trella, we are always seeking to innovate and deliver best-in-class service for shippers and carrier partners. Becoming the freight platform of choice is a company mission and goal. We believe that our ability to deliver on providing a wide variety of supply through unprecedented levels of fulfillment rates affordably is where we can fill a basic pain in the market. We can only deliver high-reliability levels through empowering our fulfillment teams. Our fulfillment team is primarily responsible for delivering superlative customer experience through a smooth order execution lifecycle. As a Fulfillment Lead, you are responsible for ensuring high levels of reliability through a team of fulfillment coordinators. You are also responsible for growing our territory and ensuring financial success metrics are in check.What You'll Do:

• Responsible for day to day ground fulfillment operations across various customers in the assigned geography and ensure the delivery of superior customer service, thereby establishing Trella as the partner of choice for customers
• Proactive supply partners communication by sharing continuous update reports, troubleshooting operational issues and building an excellent working relationship with supply partners POCs in the specific region
• Driving smooth operations and efficiencies through cross-functional collaboration with business development, supply, and central operations team for real-time resolution of customer issues arising from ground fulfillment
• Build a process for our Fulfillment Coordinators team to ensure and motivate our Carriers and Carrier Partners to use the Trella app properly and consistently
• Build an energized and productive fulfillment team in the region

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor’s in Management, Logistics and/or Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in Logistics/ Shipping Industry or a similar role
• Should have a wide Contact list / Network on curtain side trucks
• Experience in curtain-side trucking
• Arabic/English Speaker
• Relevant experience in managing large scale geographically spread and complex operational activity with experience in vendor development and team management.
• Exposure to handling logistics operations will be an added advantage.
