About the Role
Hi there! We are growing our team and are looking for a global Payroll amp; People Analytics Leadto join the people and culture team at KSA. In this role, you'll look after two primary activities, appealing to people who enjoy dealing with numbers!
Under Payroll management, you will own the payroll operations, tax submissions amp; compliance. You will look after payroll functions that incorporate compliance with up to 6 labor contracts, ensuring compliance for all employees across (600+) and ensuring timeliness, efficiency, and accuracy of payroll processing and associated deliverables.
Under People Analytics, you are expected to support the People Team (Talent Management and PEPs) to make informed decisions using data, providing timely reporting, and highlighting any risks that could help us shape informed decisions proactively to retain and engage our workforce. You will l build, monitor, maintain, and reconcile workforce data from a number of our People systems, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and usability; this may include systems management and managing relationships with our vendors to build tailor-made system workflows focused on usability for our workforce.

Responsibilities
- Payroll Management
- Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions, including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
- Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates, including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
- Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
- Ensures compliance with all relevant labor laws, local payroll rules, and best practices.
- Facilitate audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
- Identify and recommend updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.
- People Analytics
- Extract, combine, and translate workforce data from multiple systems and use data modeling techniques.
- Develop processes to ensure workforce data stability, reliability, and validity.
- Support in the design and maintenance of effective dashboards that are user friendly, highlighting the need to know information and risks
- Design and implement robust data tracking, compliance, and audit methods for workforce data to ensure zero error data output and 100% compliance
- Using data visualization methodologies, translate complex and sophisticated workforce data into perceptive formats and thoughtful narratives for junior and executive audiences.
- Continuously enhance the People system offering based on business needs and growth plans.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in Human Resources and Accounting with direct work in Global payroll and different people systems
- Demonstrated knowledge of various laws and payroll tax reporting requirements in other counties
- A certified Payroll Professional (CPP) is preferred
- Experience in the SaaS and Fintech industry is a plus
- Keen attention and meticulous details
- Must have solid communication skills
- Fluent in speaking and writing in English
- Willing to travel from time to time
- Have a bachelor's degree in Business administration, actuarial science, or relevant fields.
- Experience working with multiple external vendors to implement new systems and system changes.
- Have a strong analytical background, balanced with an in-depth understanding of a typical employee lifecycle and core People initiatives.
- Can articulate complex data in easy-to-understand formats and narratives for junior and executive audiences.
- Excel smart and comfortable with MS office applications
