About The Role

Hi all! We are growing our people and culture team and are looking to hire an Orgnization Developemnt Lead to contribute to the design and delivery of people and organisational development strategies and the management of change in support of the organisation’s strategic and operational plans, providing information, advice and services as required. In this role you will be working with teams across the Foodics to support a programme of continuous organisational performance improvement which helps the Foodics achieve its ambition of becoming a high performing organisation.

The role will look at two key areas, which are organization design and development including performance strtagy, organization architecture and organization communication, and learning and development including designing learning interventions for foodics team, design career paths growth plans and more!

Responsibilities
  • Orgnization Development Activties:
    • Own the organizational design and redesign activities including the creation of roles, processes, and formal reporting relationships to maintain a healthy and effective organization structure
    • Contribute research, analysis and ideas to the development of the Foodics Pamp;C strategy in order to ensure that organisational development initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals.
    • Support specific performance improvement initiatives, eg through the implementation of a new behavioural competency framework and 360 degree feedback process.
    • Identify opportunities for performance improvement through, for example, undertaking internal diagnosis, process/system reviews in order to understand barriers and possible solutions; conducting external research into good practice and new ideas
    • Work with Orgnization Communications and PEPs to ensure effective communication and consultation processes and to build staff engagement
    • Contribute to the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, operating models, accountability matrixes and more in collaboration with the different function leaders

    Learning amp; Development Activities:
    • Lead on the development of a colleagues skills and knowledge database in order to maximise the diverse talents of the organisation
    • Develop coaching, mentoring and secondment schemes to support colleagues development and the achievement of Personal Development Plans.
    • Work with line managers on the design and delivery of appropriate and relevant Personal Development Plans for their teams; to commission and evaluate agreed internally-delivered interventions and to ensure best use of Foodics development budgets.
    • Support in developing the approach to talent management and succession planning and to coordinate the contributions of key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation
    • To oversee the launch of appraisal process, monitoring compliance with the timetable and working with the function leader and PEPs to ensure consistency of quality in performance evaluation documentation and reporting
