Job Description

Commercial Finance

  • Establish the Commercial Finance function by focusing on selected regions first while expanding to become the single go-to point for all Commercial related planning amp; analysis activities.
  • Provide accurate and timely information for month, quarter and year end close to local and regional Commercial / Marketing teams.
  • Manager accounts receivables and coordinating with credit insurance for timely claims
  • Forecasting and annual planning through the establishment of guidelines, managing financial models, and development of key performance measures.
  • Business Partnering on commercial proposals on key accounts, oversee rebate programs all the while delicately balancing price / volume / profitability.
  • Business partnering on value creation projects such as further expanding and maintaining the commercial part of Business.
  • Driving fact based decisions through defining the right measures, establishing and maintaining a financial incentive framework and performance scorecard
  • End to end traceability of B2B contracts of Industrial customers
  • Brand wise margin analysis report for local and export market

Costing

  • Responsible for monthly/quarterly analysis and reporting of plant spending, variances, production, inventory, cost of quality, depreciation analysis, absorption and scrap reports, and other ad-hoc reporting as required.
  • Provide monthly forecast for multiple key accounts including overhead spend, variances, inventory, capital expenditures, etc. followed by an actual Vs. forecast analysis.
  • Work closely with plant supervisors, facility managers and product engineers to monitor/analyze variances and identify opportunities for efficiencies/savings.
  • Preparation of product costing to determine product pricing and realizable margins
  • Production Order/Batch cost analysis
  • Defining the standard rate for absorption costing and comparison with actual overhead
  • Preparation of monthly production and consumption reports for refinery and packing sections
  • Inventory management, reconciliation of TB with subledger stock valuation report
  • Ensure the monthly closing of costing in SAP

Requirements

Qualifications amp; Experience:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Economics, Finance and Accounting, or equivalent (CMA or equivalent a plus), knowledge of IFRS, Accounting Principles.
  • 8 years of experience in a medium to large size manufacturing company
  • Experience in leading a team.
  • Experience in FPamp;A, budgeting and Forecasting is a must.
