Job Description
Mozn is a rapidly growing and leading data science amp; product development firm based in Riyadh with a proven track record of excellence in supporting and growing the analytics ecosystem in Saudi Arabia. Mozn is a trusted analytics partner for the largest government organizations in Saudi Arabia, as well as many large corporations and startups. We are in a critical stage of scaling the company to build institutional analytics knowledge within Mozn and Saudi Arabia. It is an exciting time to work in Saudi Arabia; through Vision 2030, the rate of social and industrial change is staggering. We are seeking a high-energy Consultant to be a part of the solution function within Mozn. The Consultant will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks of our software product’s features.
As a Consultant, your daily workload might include:
- Analyze the structure of a business, how it uses technology and what its goals are.
- Identify problems within a business, including through using data modeling techniques.
- Communicate with senior clients in organizations to find out what they hope to achieve.
- Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research.
- Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies.
- Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems.
Requirements
Our target profile is candidates with...
- BS/MS from a top school in a STEM or Business field or any related field.
- 3+ years of experience in consulting is preferred.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English (Arabic preferred).
- Strong track record of leadership.
- Analyse the structure of a business, how it uses technology and what its goals are.
