We are currently looking for a Project and commercial Management Design Director, to support a mega project. A fantastic opportunity to demonstrate your expertise. We are looking for a Project and commercial Management Design Director who would be responsible for commercial management oversight within this mega project. You will be providing day-to-day leadership, providing strategic oversight, developing and managing achievement of key commercial metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives and developing best practice.

Requirements

You will have:

• Extensive professional experience within a complex major project / programme environment.
• Experience of implementation of commercial risk management through review procedures and contract negotiation.
• Experience chairing contract review meetings to ensure accuracy and integrity of cost and value forecasting.
• Degree and/or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field of study. Chartered Membership of a recognised professional institution or working towards.
• Significant experience of managing and leading a team.
• Substantial knowledge of cost planning, procurement and post-contract management on major projects.
