*. Main Accountabilities:

1-Co-ordinate, manage and control all the ‘input’ functions such as planning, design, construction, legal, communications, finance, marketing, etc., throughout the development process, to ensure that the overall projects, budget, quality and development concept are all achieved and delivered as planned.
2-identify and resolve project issues, manage all development activities, and assist in the preparation project development brief and prepare the project time schedule.
3.-Co-ordinate internal resources and third parties/consultants for the developments process.
4-.Liaise with the internal stakeholders to make sure all developments progress are going as planned (Project and Construction, Sales and Marketing, Finance)
5.-Review feedback from sales staff and ensure product improvement.
6.-Review and process payments to Consultants.
7.-Compile, review and hand-over relevant documentation to sales and marketing department.
9-.Prepare the consultants RFPs and shortlist the Consultants. Prepare Terms of Reference documents for appointment of consultants. Contribute to objective selection criteria and evaluation of performance.
10.-Liaise and follow up with concerned authorities-
11-.Prepare the needed progress reports and presentation of the developments.
