The Sales Representative is the privileged interlocutor of our clients, making him the ambassador of the company. He must ensure the satisfaction of his customers and achieve the performance expected by the company in Makkah Province.
Operational Role:
- Permanent contact with existing clients to follow-up on ongoing sales operations and on new demands
- Coordination with the Sales Operations team for the follow-up on operations
- Attention to client satisfaction and reporting of Client complaints
- Analysis of market situation and competitors actions and presence
- Prospection of new clients or new opportunities with existing clients
- Follow-up on the cash collection towards the clients, in coordination with Sales Operations
- Produces reporting documents to monitor the performance of sales operations and to support the sales department and the company management for strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Experienced in business-to-business sales.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent English (writing and speaking)
- Active listening skills
- Negotiation and ability to convince
- Analytic and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Sales (preferably in the FMCG sector)
