About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and seasoned marketing leader to join the team as a Head of Brand Marketing. In this role, you will look after marketing activities in our markets - Egypt, UAE, KSA, Kuwait, and Jordan. To be successful in this role, you must have a holistic view of the digital landscape, and a deep understanding of the sales funnel and customer journey in the region, preferably in SaaS and Fintech, and be proficient in 360 marketing campaigns.

Your responsibilities include developing plans to help grow our brand, allocating resources to different projects, and setting short-term and long-term department goals. You are expected to inspire your team members regionally, helping them promote higher profitability and competitiveness of Foodics in operating markets. You’ll work across all levels and departments of Foodics to find what makes us unique and communicate it to the world. You will have the chance to shape Foodics’s outward image, by uncovering consumer insights and delivering innovative marketing campaigns that are relevant to each market situation. Ultimately, you should find ways to grow our market base and maintain appropriate marketing costs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Craft branding, positioning and communication strategies that inspires and grows our audience among the FnB community, and enhances Foodics brand reputation and trust.
  • Own the marketing activities calendar of the region including customer communications, social, digital, events, and community activations and align with global social strategy.
  • Lead, coach, and monitor the marketing managers and their teams in the region (where company operates)
  • Manage priorities in each market and ensure going live with the most impactful activities for the brand and the business
  • See through the execution of strategies and plans across the markets on ground.
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material) with the right level of localizations in operating markets
  • Report on marketing activities ROI, major initiatives and all marketing spends across the markets.
  • Constantly identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
  • Work closely with the main stakeholders across sales and product management teams to align on the acquisition strategy and tactics and each market.
  • Prepare and manage the budget for the marketing department on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Build and execute community engagement strategies for Foodics’ niche audience online and offline to boost brand engagement, advocacy, and share of voice. This includes partnerships with clients, bloggers, community influencers, and semi-governmental agencies
  • Work closely with product and commercial to ensure the market is supported with the required products and commercial offerings.
  • Initiate and manage the relationship with 3rd party service providers and agencies as needed.
