Continual training including smart phone / InTouch Mobile / Roadnet usage
• Ensure deliveries and returns are done in a timely manner
• Assist in morning process including Road net manifesting and loading sugar when needed
• Review GPS reports
• Performance reviews amp; improvement plans
• Fill in a route delivering sugar when necessary
• Ensure dispatch emails are responded to timely
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years experience in related field
• Strong leadership skills
• Big picture thinker and open to change
• Physical labor is required, strong customer service skills, positive attitude, willing to learn and take direction, and organized
• General Computer Skills
• Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred .
