* Job Purpose:
For the purpose of supporting the work of audit department of Kinan, which will result in an added value to the control and governance systems in the company, especially in light of the upcoming transformation of Kinan to listing in Tadawul.
* Main Accountabilities:
1. Provide support in planning and conducting risk based audits, develops audit programs and testing procedures relevant to risk and audit objectives.
2. Ensure successful completion of assigned/ planned audit engagements, from start to finish, inclusive of planning and fieldwork.
3. Discuss audit findings and recommendations with Head of Internal Audit, identify and communicate control issues noted, offering practical solutions relevant to business and related risks.
4. Constantly monitor if the audit recommendations have been implemented by way of follow-up audits and report on any gaps observed.
5. Assist in drafting of the audit reports including the audit observations, evidences and recommendations.
6. Perform audit procedures to verify the implementation and effectiveness of controls through testing and interacting with the relevant company staff.
7. Update the Head of Internal Audit on regular basis, on execution and progress on assigned tasks and any arising significant internal control issues.
8. Provide support in performing risk assessments for the preparation of the annual audit plan.
9. Liaise with external auditors, inspectors, regulators appropriately in consultation with the Head of Internal Audit.
10. Undertake any other tasks as assigned by the Head of Internal Audit from time to time.
*. Job Context:
The required job will support the audit work planned at Kinan’s residential projects and commercial malls, in addition to the audit work in all the company’s supporting departments at HQ.
Requirements
1. Required Education amp; Experience: · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance from a recognized university. · CIA or CISA qualification is an added advantage. · At least 5 years work experience in internal audit in a reputable company/firm.
2. Required Languages amp; Computer Skills: · Fluent in English language. · Experience in use of an ERP.
3.
