The Sales Support Representative acts as a liaison between Sales Agents and the Operations, Commercial, financial, and customer success departments. Sales Support Representatives are responsible for assisting the Sales teams with quotation entry, account review, and set-up, and working directly with support departments to resolve Sales Agent inquiries. Additional responsibilities include account research, account documentation, and communication of issues to department leaders in a timely and efficient manner.
