Sales Support Specialist (Tamheer Program)

The Sales Support Representative acts as a liaison between Sales Agents and the Operations, Commercial, financial, and customer success departments. Sales Support Representatives are responsible for assisting the Sales teams with quotation entry, account review, and set-up, and working directly with support departments to resolve Sales Agent inquiries. Additional responsibilities include account research, account documentation, and communication of issues to department leaders in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities

Work closely with the sales department to assist and/or facilitate requests including, but not limited to:

• Sales tickets tracking and resolving.
• Residual inquiries related to the sales process from other departments.
• Products pricing and compatibility.
• Escalations from the Sales department.
• Complete tasks within allotted SLAs

• Finance

• Commercial
• Operation

Requirements

• Fresh graduate (Saudi Only)
• Have not registered in GOSI in the past 6 months
• She/he can join us immediately
• Strong communication skills
• Critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)

Functional Responsibilities

The Tamheer program is a six months long on-the-job training program for Saudi graduates under the umbrella of HRDF. In order to be eligible for the Tamheer program, you must meet all of the criteria listed below:

• Should be a Saudi national.
• Should have a minimum diploma degree or above.
• Should not have been employed for last six months
• Should not be currently employed.
• Should not have previously participated in the Tamheer program
• Should be qualified in the Tamheer Program
