The Sales Support Representative acts as a liaison between Sales Agents and the Operations, Commercial, financial, and customer success departments. Sales Support Representatives are responsible for assisting the Sales teams with quotation entry, account review, and set-up, and working directly with support departments to resolve Sales Agent inquiries. Additional responsibilities include account research, account documentation, and communication of issues to department leaders in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the sales department to assist and/or facilitate requests including, but not limited to:
- Sales tickets tracking and resolving.
- Residual inquiries related to the sales process from other departments.
- Products pricing and compatibility.
- Escalations from the Sales department.
- Complete tasks within allotted SLAs
Work closely with internal departments to resolve various requests including, but not limited to:
- Finance
- Customer Service
- Commercial
- Operation
Requirements
- Fresh graduate (Saudi Only)
- Have not registered in GOSI in the past 6 months
- She/he can join us immediately
- Strong communication skills
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
Functional Responsibilities
