A DevOps manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of a team of DevOps engineers. setting goals and objectives for the team, defining roles and responsibilities, and providing guidance and support and assistance to team members.

- Work with the DevOps team to complete tasks and achieve goals.

- Providing guidance and support to team members, and helping them to develop their skills and expertise.
- Ensuring that the team follows best practices and processes for implementing and maintaining the organization's software development and deployment pipeline.
- Collaborating with other IT teams, such as development and operations, to ensure that the organization's software is delivered quickly and reliably.
- Identifying and implementing tools and technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
- Monitoring and reporting on the team's performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in DevOps methodologies and best practices, and sharing knowledge and expertise with the team.
Requirements
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- +5 years of experience working as a DevOps engineer or in a related role.
- Expertise in software development and deployment processes and technologies, such as agile methodologies, continuous integration and delivery, and cloud-based platforms.
- Good Coding skills python , php , nodejs
- Deep Experience with kubernetes,helm,docker.
- Deep Experience with CI/CD such as github action and application pipelines - jenkins is required .
