About The Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Data Scientist who believes in Innovation, Insights, and Impact and has a proven career in delivering amp; performing in dynamic amp; fast-paced industries. To be successful in this position, you should have a solid experience with data-driven analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning capabilities. Responsibilities
- To undergo continuous exploratory data analysis, develop deep understanding of Foodics products and business and proactively citing Insights, development across all verticals at Foodics.
- Understand, and be involved in various business processes, proactive identification of improvement areas, and build/deploy scalable ML models in areas like (but not limited to) Recommender Systems, Prediction models, segmentation, personalization amp; customer engagement/LTV, etc.
- Run controlled experiments, design measures for success metrics and lead to continuous improvement in existing ways of doing business.
- Proficiency into ML Model cloud deployment, and automation for production, data pipeline, model scoring, measurement, validation amp; retraining.
- Able to visualize amp; present information to stakeholders in a structured way to drive actions and decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist, with solid coding skills
- Prior experience in end-to-end ML model scoping, data preparation, Cleaning of Data.
- Must have experience in e-commerce/retail/fintech domain. Data Science experience in Food/Famp;B/online Food delivery companies will be a huge advantage.
- Expert-level skills in the following are mandatory -
- R or Python,
- AWS/Databricks
- SQL
- any BI tool
- MS Excel
- Self-starter, working independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Must have strong communication skills and good presentation skills.
- Fluent in English is a must.
