One of our clients (a Saudi bank) is looking for a Delivery Manager to lead remarkable milestones of their digital transformation journey. The candidate will be working with a highly professional and qualified team that values personal and career development.
Responsibilities:
• As a program delivery manager, the candidate will be responsible for developing the project plan considering the delivery approach, key milestones, requirements and scope, effort and resources, budgets, and best-in-class deliverables.
• Excellent project delivery experience on Agile delivery methodologies and preferably with scrum master certifications.
• Relevant experience in Backbase implementations for leading banks.
• Experience in building new digital banking propositions from scratch.
• Collaborate and build positive stakeholder and business partner relationships providing regular updates to resolve high-priority issues affecting the project.
• Take ownership of delivery initiatives and ensures the delivery within agreed timelines and implement mitigating plans against identified risks and issues for the program.
• Proactively monitors project execution to effectively identify risks/issues/dependencies as they arise throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provides information and reporting, trend analysis, resource forecasts, project prioritization, and periodic status reports to stakeholders.
• Develop strategic planning schedules and provide support in cost, schedule, performance measurement, forecasting, and variance analysis for projects.
• Recognize and evaluate actual/proposed changes to project scope/plan and ensure the project is delivered on the desired timeline.
• PMP Certified is preferred.
Requirements
• 15+ years of experience profiles with extensive experience in handling Omnichannel, E-Channels amp; Digital platform delivery.
• Should have excellent experience on Digital Banking platforms Internet Banking/Online Banking.
• Project delivery experience, knowledge, and problem-solving skills in complex projects like core banking, card management or relevant banking systems.
