Job Description:
- Accidents and incidents are fully investigated and corrective actions put in place to ensure no repeat to stay compliant with budgeted lost working time KPI’s, always looking to maintain a zero lost time accident rate.
- Safe Systems of Work amp; Safe Operating Procedures are implemented and understood by front line colleagues (FLC’s) engaging in work at customer premises so that our work is within scope of Rentokil Initial SHEQ policy.
- Ensure FLC’s are complying with customer safety amp; quality standards whilst working on site.
- Track and ensure Site Risk Assessments and Method Statements are being completed by FLC’s for work completed at customer premises either via manual or online systems.
- Perform field observation audits and plan in corrective action training with FLC’s.
- Track the issuing of appropriate amounts of new PPE/safety equipment to each regional operation and ensure that regular maintenance checks are being carried out and recorded by FLC’s and supervisors.
- Testing and calibration of critical work equipment is carried out on time and to the correct specification by the regions/teams.
- Perform regular SHEQ amp; welfare audits of each regional operation amp; accommodation properties within KSA and ensure each property remains compliant with Laws amp; regulations such as Civil Defense.
- Look for SHEQ efficiencies amp; improvements within the business to drive continuous improvements.
- Formulate amp; deliver SHEQ training to all work levels on a regular basis both in person and online.
- Maintain and develop the current Quality Management System for the business with eventual goal of achieving and maintaining an ISO 9001-2015 accreditation.

Requirements
Fluent in English (reading, writing amp; spoken)
NEBOSH IGC or Level NVQ Level 3 safety qualifications
Minimum 1 years industry experience in similar role
Diploma / Bachelor degree in HSE
